The creative team behind Marvel’s upcoming Disney+ series. Iron heart was installed with Hollywood Reporter noting that Ryan Coogler and his production banner joined the series along with directors Sam Bailey and Angela Barnes.

Bailey and Barnes will direct the series, while Coogler and Proximity Media, his production company, will be executive producers on the project. Riri Williams (Dominic Thorne) will debut in the coming Black Panther: Wakanda Foreverthis will allow Coogler to continue planning her storyline as she becomes a larger player in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Thorne’s Riri Williams is described as «a brilliant teenager who, in the comics, created his own version of the Iron Man suit in an MIT dorm.» In the comics, she sometimes replaces Tony Stark as Iron Man. The character on which the series is based was created by writer Brian Michael Bendis and artist Mike Deodato and first debuted in Invincible Iron Man Vol. 2#7 in 2016.
Thorne will see his character for the first time in the Marvel Cinematic Universe during the highly anticipated sequel. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
