Pfeiffer is happy to be in the public eye with a major franchise at the end of her career, but working on Marvel films is getting on her nerves.
«It’s a little hard because I dated Peyton [Reed], and I knew a bit about the character, but there was no script,” says Pfeiffer. «You have to commit without actually reading anything.»
Michelle admitted she broke her own rule by accepting the role of Janet Van Dyne/Wasp in Ant-Man and the Wasp without reading the script and that it’s still hard for her to improvise on set.
“You don’t really know what you’re getting into and then you get the script right before you start filming and then it changes every day. And then you make a movie, wrap it up, and then everything changes again.”

This can be confusing to even the biggest stans, so it’s easy to imagine how confusing this is for an actress who didn’t grow up devouring material.
