At the end of March, Miller was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. Hawaii County Police said Miller was at a karaoke bar and began shouting obscenities after the bar’s patrons began to sing. This led to an outburst when Miller «grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman» who was singing and then «attacked a 32-year-old man playing darts». After the bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times after the incident, the police were called and the DC Extended Universe star was arrested. Miller’s bail was set at $500 and the 29-year-old was released after bail was posted.
This isn’t Miller’s first run-in with the law. The actor was arrested for drug possession in 2011, the charge was later dropped and reduced to two charges of disorderly conduct. Additionally, Miller was allegedly seen in a 2020 video choking a woman at a bar and then being escorted from the premises. Diversity.
